This fall, the Tri-State New York Spartan Race heads to Sunflower Valley Farm in New Hampton, NY with Sprint, Super, and Kids races designed to challenge warriors of all levels. Expect a fast and muddy course with rugged creek runs and signature Spartan obstacles that will test your grit, speed, and determination.
