What does the training involve?
The two-hour training session consists of a variety of bodyweight exercises woven into different workout routines, so you’ll know how to train and prepare for your race. You’ll sweat and get your heart rate up, all while meeting other Spartans and learning new strategies to get your body and mind ready for race day.
